The Zodiac x Worn & Wound Super Sea Wolf Limited Edition is the first collaboration between the two brands, one that celebrates the historic dive design through a new, modern lens. Inspired by the aesthetics and current trends seen in outdoors/hiking sneakers and gear, the design brings together bold colors and unexpected textures to create an energetic, high contrast package, with a touch of 90s style. As its base, the 40mm, 200m, Super Sea Wolf was the perfect format for the inspiration, mixing solid specs with many components that can be individually colored.
Starting from the dial, the charcoal gray surface features a subtle grid texture as a nod to tech fabrics. It is adorned with orange-anodized markers for a metallic glint, and a bright sunflower yellow chapter ring for an explosion of color. The hands are rendered in coral, blue and mustard, always standing out against the gray below, while the date wheel is printed in bright teal, adding another point of contrast. The bezel features a 12-hr index, an uncommon detail on a Super Sea Wolf but one that fits the outdoors concept as it lends itself to travel. The insert is charcoal gray, but features a flecked-pattern inspired by sneaker midsoles, and numerals in teal and mustard, tying in with the dial.
Keeping the watch safe and secure to your wrist is a two-piece fabric strap with velcro closure. Playing off of the theme, the two sides of the strap are different colors, gray and teal, adding yet another point of fun contrast. On the back of the case the Worn & Wound logo has been proudly engraved at the center, and the number of the watch, X/182, can be found. Lastly, the internal packaging sleeve has been customized with graphics inspired by Trapper Keepers, featuring wild shapes floating over a gridded void, all in colors taken from the watch.

Inside of the Zodiac x Worn & Wound Super Sea Wolf Limited Edition is the STP 3-13, Swiss-made automatic movement. Featuring 26-jewels, a customized date, swan-neck regulator, hand-winding, hacking seconds, a power reserve of 44hr and a frequency of 28,800 bph.

History of Zodiac Watches
The Zodiac Watch Company, founded by Ariste Calame in 1882 in Le Locle, Switzerland, began with a mission to create the most precise watch ever made. Initially producing specialized pocket watches, Zodiac gained recognition for its high-quality and innovative designs, culminating in the 1908 patenting of the Zodiac brand name. The 1953 release of the Sea Wolf marked a milestone as one of the first purpose-built dive watches for the general public, leading to the development of the Zodiac Aerospace in 1960 and the Super Sea Wolf in the early 1970s, used by U.S. Navy SEALs. Despite facing challenges and changes in ownership during the 1990s, including bankruptcy and acquisition by Fossil Inc. in 2001, Zodiac experienced a revival with the introduction of new lines and the reissue of the iconic Sea Wolf in 2015.
